Aim 1. Leadership/Teamwork

  • Objective 1: Develop graduates who can analyze organizational situations, understand and communicate the underlying forces, determine appropriate responses, and implement solutions.
  • Objective 2: Develop graduates who can work and communicate effectively with diverse team members to identify and solve problems to make decisions.

Aim 2. Ethics and Social Responsibility

  • Objective 1: Develop graduates who are ready to act based upon knowledge of legal principles, classical ethical guidelines, and beliefs about what it means to be socially responsible.

Aim 3. Integrated Knowledge of Business in a Global Environment

  • Objective 1: Develop graduates who can take strategic, integrative, and innovative approaches to business decisions to create value in an increasingly global environment.
  • Objective 2: Develop graduates who can apply an integrated knowledge of core business functions to complex, ambiguous and unfamiliar management situations.

Aim 4. Reflection, Analysis, Decision Making and Technology

  • Objective 1: Develop reflective graduates who can integrate work and life experiences for the betterment of both.
  • Objective 2: Develop graduates who can analyze uncertain, complex management situations by managing information, applying qualitative and quantitative solutions, and integrating information technology to improve decision making and increase competitive advantage.
