As a Loyola student, we urge you to be diligent in inspecting any of these (and other) off-campus residences and to talk with your landlord about the terms of your lease agreement. In particular, we urge you to pay close attention to safety items such as security systems, fire and smoke alarms, and points of entry/exit. We strongly discourage you from living in a place that violates city zoning regulations.
