The Loyola Emergency Notification System (LENS) was established in 2003 as a way to notify the campus community of emergencies. The LENS system incorporates the use of a centrally controlled public address system that utilizes text messages, emails, alert tones, and voice instructions. LENS will be used to relay important information about impending emergencies and how we will respond to these events as they are unfolding.
