Our experienced staff will guide you through the planning and scheduling process for your event.
In the main lobby a large plasma screen lists your event with times and room location. Plasma directories are on all 3 floors to highlight your event and ensure your visibility. Directional arrow signs will guide your event attendees towards your room where there will be a sign by the door.
Just inside our suite, off the first floor lobby, you will be greeted by our warm and friendly guest services representative.
Rental fees include the use of all computer and presentation technology and coffee service. Also available upon request: easels with easel pads ($5/day), and markers, slide projectors, etc.
Fresh-brewed, regular coffee, hot water, tea bags, instant decaf, sugar, sweetener, creamer, cups and stirrers are all included.
Copying, faxing and communication services may be arranged.
A phone for local calls is available in every meeting room. An audio, poly-com telephone may be set up in some rooms for conference calls.
