Nominate a rising senior for the Pedro Arrupe, S.J. Award
Campus Ministry is seeking nominations for recipients of The Pedro Arrupe, S.J. Award, at next fall’s Gratias Awards Ceremony for student leadership.
Please take some time to read the award description below and nominate those individuals who best represent the spirit of the award. For all nominees, please include a brief explanation(bullet points are welcome) of each individual’s qualifications. A committee will review all nominees and choose recipients.
The Pedro Arrupe, S.J. Award shall be presented annually to one man and one woman in the rising senior class who have exhibited a faith that does justice during their time at Loyola. The award recipients will have demonstrated a commitment to:
· personal faith development and ongoing spiritual discernment in daily life,
· grounding one’s service and justice efforts in a maturing faith,
· an understanding and incorporation of Ignatian values in every day life, and
· engaging one’s peers in the integration of spirituality, service and social justice.
