The Phonathon is now hiring enthusiastic and well-spoken individuals. Our fully-trained Phonathon associates raise financial support for Loyola's annual fund by speaking with thousands of alumni and parents, updating them on University news, and asking them to make a gift. Being a Phonathon associate requires persistence, patience, and great people skills.

Here are some details:

  • Phonathon is one of the highest paying jobs on campus!
  • Starting pay is $7.25 per hour with many oportunities for merit based raises.
  • Nightly bonuses and prizes increase your average hourly wage and make calling exciting!
  • If you work for the entire semester, you could be eligible to receive a $1 per hour attendance bonus for each hour that you worked throughout the semester!
  • Flexible evening hours available!
  • Phonathon associates are required to work two shifts per week.
  • Shifts are Monday through Thursday nights from 6 - 9 p.m.
  • Occasional late night and Sunday shifts are optional and are a great chance to make extra cash.
  • Build your resume!
  • Phonathon associates develop very strong oral communicative and persuasive skills.
  • Apply what you learn at Phonathon to any professional field!
  • Network and receive career advice!
  • This unique opportunity to speak with alumni and parents each night allows our associates to network and receive valuable advice about many career paths.
