Three Baltimore City Council members will participate in Loyola University Maryland’s fifth annual “Law and the City” discussion panel, “Restoring Public Trust in City Hall,” which explores legal and ethical guidelines for officeholder conduct in Baltimore City. The event, which is free and open to the public, takes place on Tuesday, Oct. 19 at 6:30 p.m. in the 4th Floor Program Room on the University’s North Charles Street Campus.

Panelists include William Cole, councilman for the 11th district; James Kraft, councilman for the 1st district; and Helen Holton, councilwoman for the 8th district. Michael B. Runnels, J.D., assistant professor of law and social responsibility, will moderate.
